Our Assist – Personal Activities service ensures that you can manage your daily routines with dignity, comfort, and confidence, while receiving the level of support that best suits your needs.
Whether it’s assistance with self-care, mobility, or personal routines, our trained and compassionate support workers are here to make everyday living easier, safer, and more fulfilling.
Our personal activities support may include:
Assistance with personal hygiene (showering, bathing, grooming, toileting)
Support with dressing and maintaining personal appearance
Mobility and transferring support (getting in and out of bed, moving around safely)
Eating and drinking assistance, including meal preparation where required
Help with daily health and wellbeing routines
Support with managing appointments and reminders for medications (non-clinical)
Overnight or intensive support for participants with higher care needs
Compassionate, respectful, and tailored personal care
